Office Manager

Rachel has been a dental assistant for 16 years, she has her EFDA and CDA certificates. She loves working with children and assisting to create the best dental experience they can have!

She has 4 daughters and 1 son, plus a husband, at home who keep her busy and happy!

Rachel is a native of Lakeland, and she hopes to travel when she is retired. Her hobbies include reading, going to the beach and spending time with her family and friends.

Senior Dental Assistant

Stacey has been a dental assistant for 8 years, she has her EFDA and CDA certificates. She loves working with children and helping them to create the best dental experience they can have!

She has 4 daughters at home who definitely keep her busy! Stacey was born in Cincinnati,Oh and moved to Lakeland at 3 wks old. One of her favorite things to do is go to the beach, paddle boarding and spending time with her family.

Lead Dental Assistant

Kim has over 25 years of pediatric dental experience. She is EFDA and CDA certified. She really enjoys working with children of all ages and loves when they leave happy and wanting to come back.

She is a lifelong resident of Lakeland. She graduated from LCS and dental certified at UF! GO GATORS!

She has been happily married for 20+ years and has two children. She loves the beach, shopping and a good book! And loves spending time with family and friends!

Fun fact about Kim at work: she will always have a fun tank top on, bright colorful socks and always wearing a headband.

Dental Assistant

Rachel has been a dental assistant for 7 years, she is EFDA and CDA certified. She loves working with children and helping them have the best dental experience! Rachel was born in Virginia and moved to Florida when she was 2 months old.

Rachel is happily married with 2 daughters and 1 son who keep her busy!

Rachel enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her family, and going to Lightning games. Go Bolts!

Dental Assistant

Stephanie has been a dental assistant for over 20 years. She has her EFDA certificate. She loves working with children and making sure they have a great experience and want to return for their next dental visit. She loves making her patients smile.

She is happily married. She has 3 sons and 1 daughter and 9 grandchildren. She loves family time. She enjoys hunting, boating and camping. She loves the outdoors.

Dental Assistant

Madison joined Dr. Erin’s team in 2020 bringing with her previous pediatric dental assisting experience. She is a lifelong resident of Lakeland where she graduated from George Jenkins in 2018. Madison received her EFDA and CDA certificates in the Spring of 2019. She enjoys getting to know all of our patients and teaching them the importance of oral hygiene.

Madison is currently working toward her long-term goal of becoming a dental hygienist.

In her free time, Madison and her boyfriend enjoy riding at River Ranch with friends and family and spending time with their husky, Willow.

Dental Assistant

Tanya has just started her journey as a dental assistant in 2020 and is loving it! She was a gymnastics coach for almost 18 years. She loves working with children and seeing their smiles when they accomplish a new skill!

She has two teenage daughters. She enjoys shopping, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Patient Coordinator

Hi I’m Angel! I have been in the medical field for about 7 years now and recently decided to start a new journey here at Pediatric Dentistry of Lakeland which I am very excited to become a part of this wonderful team! My goal working at the front desk is to always greet everyone with a big smile and open arms! I have 2 dogs, I love to cook, spend time with my family and on most weekends my husband and I ride Ocala National forest.

Insurance Coordinator

Hi, I’m Megan! I have 7 years of dental experience. I went to dental assisting school, and have my EFDA certificate. After a couple of years of assisting, I transitioned to the finical side of dentistry, and now I fight your dental claims for you! I have a chocolate lab, his name is Kash! He is so goofy. My daughter’s name is Myah, she’s the light of my life! My husband and I enjoy riding at the river ranch on the weekends, going to the beach, hunting, and fishing! Really anything outdoors is what we enjoy!

Hello, I have been a dental assistant for approximately 5 years. I chose pediatric dentistry because I love children’s personalities and how open and outgoing they can be.
I am married and have lived in Florida all of my life. I enjoy watching documentaries and I love to shop, especially clothes, but home decor is my favorite!

Dental Assistant

Amber has been a pediatric dental assistant for 7 years. She loves children and loves nothing more than to see kids have a great experience at the dentist.

She has 2 boys and 2 girls that mean the whole world to her.

Amber was born and raised in Lakeland,Florida. She graduated from Lakeland High School. She continued her education to receive her CDA certification at CCI.

Some of her favorite things to do are: spend time with family and friends, beach trips, Georgia trips and working out.

Olivia joined Dr. Erin’s team in 2016 bringing with her previous pediatric dental office experience. She is a lifelong resident of Lakeland where she attended Lakeland High School and Polk State College. Olivia enjoys cooking and coming up with new recipes, spending time with her dog Carter; a Lab and Australian Shepherd mix. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends when out of the office.

One of the biggest reasons Olivia likes working at Pediatric Dentistry of Lakeland is that everyone works together to ensure that the patients and parents have a great experience.
